The Purpose:
This experience will bring the concept of the gospel service to a youthful audience. Inviting them to participate in a Pilgrmage Experience and providing follow up workshops and conference in which they can participate. The purpose of this exerience will be to engender the psychological states which create Challenges, Inspiration, Teachable Momoents, Empowerment and Ultimately create a diaogue beween these two groups of youths.

Self-Confidence Building.
Discussing in the basics of introducing Youth Minsitry in the Church.
Use of adult advisors.
How to advertise a new youth group.
How to choose the right day and hour for a youth meeting.
Planning an itinerary for a youth meeting.
How to cinduct a meeting.
Helping Current Leaders:
Supporting current Youth Ministers:
Sharing problems nd challenges working in the area of Youth Ministry in the Catholic Church today.
Providing forums in which this sharing can happen:
First 4 First proivides conferences, workshops, newsletters, and internet conferences and blogs.

Day One: Centering on prayer an Sacraments and the role of youths in the modern Church.
Day Two: Travel to Nicaragua and meet wit the indegeinous population
Day Three: Cultural Immersion focusing on creating real communication between these two groups
Day Four: Various activties focusung on the indegigoeuns Culture
Day Five: Getaway Day- The final day of the Pilgrimage experience will be a presentation of projects that they can take home and begin to implement at home and in the lives of others.
